Dress a Girl Connecticut said...

Mary Anne, My name is Janine and I am the Connecticut State Representative for Dress a Girl Around the world. We transform pillowcases into beautiful dresses for little girls all over the world who have little to nothing. We have been doing this since the campaign was started in 2009 and have blessed girls (20,000 dresses) internationally so far. Feel free to learn more on my Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Dress-a-Girl-Connecticut) or on my blog (http://dressagirlct.blogspot.com/). Our official webpage is www.dressagirlaroundtheworld.com.
I rely on donations of pillowcases, sheets, fabric and notions such as elastic and double bias tape in order to make these beautiful dresses. A customer of yours (Melissa Allen) suggested I contact you to ask if you have any cotton materials that you would be willing to donate to our cause. I would be so very grateful. Please feel free to contact me at dressagirlct@gmail.com with any questions you may have!

Love your store and wish we had one like it here in Connecticut!
